The 16 international students enrolled in the Double Degree Master's Program "Global Communication and International Journalism" launched several journalistic projects in December 2014. A number of reportages was published in the international edition of the "1st  Line student newspaper" of Saint Petersburg State University. The students further started the blog "Prospekt Magazine".

Meanwhile, the students have launched their first multimedia projects covering issues of disabled persons (Pushing Society. Enable St. Petersburg), Ukranian refugees (Goodbye, Donbass. Women escaping war, finding St. Petersburg) and gender equality in Russia (You're a woman, I'm a man).
