Prof. Dr. Carina Sprungk is Junior Professor for European Integration at the Freie Universität Berlin since September 2009. After graduating in political science at FU Berlin, she worked as a research associate at Humboldt Universität Berlin, Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, FU Berlin and Universität Osnabrück. From 2006 to 2009, she was a visiting instructor at University of Victoria (Canada) and a visiting professor at Harvard University (USA). Her research and teaching interests include Europeanization, compliance, legislative studies, EU environmental politics and the German-Franco relations.
