This course deals with international climate change negotiations. The first half of the course will address development in climate change politics and policy making internationally and within Europe and the second half of the course will concentrate on preparing for the weekend-long climate simulation that will be part of the course. The course combines theory with practice. Readings will be made available on Blackboard. Die Veranstaltung wird unterstützt durch Franzjosef Schafhausen, Ministerialrat im Bundesumweltministerium.
