We are pleased to announce that KFG Working Paper No. 20 “Networks, Courts and Regional Integration. Explaining the Establishment of the Andean Court of Justice” has been published.

The author, Osvaldo Saldías, is a post-doctoral fellow at KFG. In his paper he analyzes the impact of networks on legal transformation and legal transplants.
