KFG Working Paper No. 25 published

We are pleased to announce that KFG Working Paper No. 25 "Decision-Making in Security and Defence Policy. Towards Supranational Intergovernmentalism?" has been published.
The author, Jolyon Howorth, is Jean Monnet Professor of European Politics ad personam at the University of Bath and Visiting Professor of Political Science at Yale University. In his paper he demonstrates how decisions in the European Foreign and Security policy are shaped and even taken by small groups of relatively well-socialized officials in the key committees acting in a mode which is as close to supranational as it is to intergovernmentalism.
