We are very happy to present the fifth newsletter of the Kolleg-Forschergruppe (KFG) "The Transformative Power of Europe". Apart from general news, this issue contains a Call for Paper for post-doctoral fellowships at the KFG as well as several reports and announcements regarding the various past and future activities and events of the KFG.
