Im Rahmen der Joint Speaker Series der Indiana University und der Freien Universität Berlin sprechen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler am 04. Juli 2017 über internationales Recht im Zeitalter des Populismus.
Es diskutieren Heike Krieger, Professorin für internationales Recht an der Freien Universität und Co-Chair der Berlin Potsdam Rechsearch Group zum Thema "The international rule of law - rise or decline?", und David Bosco, Assistant Professor der School of Global and International Studies an der Indiana University. Es moderiert Reinhard Müller, Jurist und Journalist der Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung.
Die öffentliche Veranstaltung findet auf Englisch statt, der Eintritt ist frei.

In the context of the joint speakers series between Indiana University and Freie Universität Berlin, members of both universities will be exploring some of the distinct populist critiques of international law and institutions as well as the implications of this phenomenon on the development of international law
Heike Krieger, professor of international law at Freie Universität Berlin and Co-Chair of the Berlin Potsdam Rechsearch Group on "The international rule of law - rise or decline?", and David Bosco, associate professor at the School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University, will be discussing their research on this topic. The event will be moderated by Reinhard Müller, lawyer und journalist of the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
The public event will be held in English, admission is free.
