New Project within the Scope of the Research Cooperation between Oxford and Berlin

Under the umbrella of the OXBER Cooperation between universities in Berlin and the University of Oxford, Prof. Martin Emmer is involved in an international cooperation project titled "Hate Speech and Disinformation in Comparative Perspective".
Partner in the cooperation ist Dr. Nicole Stremlau of the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford. The subject of the project - that will initially run until the autumn of 2020 - will be the exploration of approaches for governance and regulation that relate to phenomena of hate speech. It will combine perspectives of empiricism, social sciences, law studies and political science.
