Winfried-Fest-Lecture

The lecture honors the publicist and former speaker of the Senate of Berlin, Winfried Fest, who died in 1994. Fest was also one of the founding advisors of the European Journalism-Fellowships. Since 2000, the lecture marks the start of the new fellowship year. The Winfried-Fest-Lecture is one of our most important regular events, where we welcome invited guests from all parts of the German society. After the lecture there is always an opportunity for private conversations.
