Panel discussion at Chemie³-conference in Nauen
Klaus Jacob participated at the panel discussion at the first session of the multistakeholder-conference of the Sustainability Initiative of the German Chemistry – Chemistry³ on 22. May 2014 in Nauen.

Together with Prof. Dr. Günther Bachmann (Council for Sustainable Development), Dr. Thomas Fricke (Chief Economist of the European Climate Foundation) as well as Dr. Utz Tillmann (Managing Director of the German Chemical Industry Association; VCI), Michael Linnartz (Division Manager Sustainability of the IG BCE) and Wolfgang Goos (executive director of the federal employers' association of the chemical industry), Dr. Jakob discussed the opportunities and challenges of the industry initiative Chemistry³. Following the discussion, workshop were held to deepen the discussed content.
The initiative, which was brought into life by the trade association (VCI), the trade union (IG BCE) and the Chemicals Industry Employers Association (BAVC), aims to promote sustainability in the sector and to engage in constructive dialogue with stakeholders.
