The project promotes an active dialogue on educational equity as a key element of sustainability in teacher education. We co-design and run workshops with related e.V. - a Berlin based association. Related e.V. is a group of students and teachers from Berlin Neukölln who advocate for greater educational equity and work to combat the stigmatization of schools disproportionately affected by social inequalities. The workshops bring pre-service teachers together with pupils and in-service teachers, linking theory and practice. They encourage engagement in sustainability activities both at university and in schools and give pre-service teachers insight into everyday school life. Moreover, participants can discuss diverse perspectives, emotions, and role-specific challenges.
