Heinrich Schulz, born 1981, is PhD student at the Environmental Policy Research Centre (FFU). He studied communication science, politics and islamic studies at the Freie Universität Berlin and graduated in 2007. Since 2008 he works on his PhD -thesis. His research is about the integration of Turkmenistan into the world market since the break-up of the Soviet Union.
