Comparative analysis of collaborative and adjudicative approaches to energy policy-making

Henry Herndon is a visiting MS student from the University of New Hampshire and 2016 Switzer Fellow. His research focuses on collaborative approaches to energy policy-making at the state-level, primarily in the northeastern United States, and specifically in regard to innovative electric utility business and regulatory models that align electric utility incentives with public policy goals. During his stay at Freie Universität Berlin, Henry's research will focus on analyzing the participatory nature of the Climate Neutral Berlin 2050 process.
