Exactly one month after the United Nations SDG Summit, which took place in New York on September 18 and 19, 2023, Welthungerhilfe is hosting a second event. Together with representatives from politics, civil society, academia, and the private sector, the aim is to evaluate the summit. Furthermore, two high-level panels will discuss political measures that must now follow. Prof. Partzsch will participate as a speaker in the first panel on the inclusion of marginalized groups in political decision-making processes to shed light on questions of participation and accountability from a scientific perspective.

The event will take place on Oct. 19, 2023, at Berliner Freiheit on Potsdamer Platz from 4:30-6:30 p.m., followed by a reception until 9 p.m. Details on the registration for the event can be found here.
