The Motel One hotel chain has entered into a partnership with the State of Berlin that allows for higher accommodation costs during business trips. Accommodation costs booked under this partnership are fully reimbursable without requiring further justification. These terms also apply to business travelers from Freie Universität Berlin staying at Motel One properties in Germany and, in some cases, internationally.
