We are pleased to announce that KFG Working Paper No. 9 "EU Democracy Promotion in the Mediterranean. Cooperation against All Odds" by Vera van Hüllen, research associate at the Center for European Integration, has been published. The author focuses on the Euro-Mediterranean relations since the early 1990s and investigates in how far the EU has been able to shape its relations with third countries according to its democracy promotion policy.
