We are very happy to present the third newsletter of the Kolleg-Forschergruppe (KFG) "The Transformative Power of Europe". Apart from reports and information concerning the first international conference of the KFG, this issue contains a Call for Application for up to 6 post-doctoral fellowships starting October 2010.
