On Tuesday, July 22, from 13.45 - 15.15 h, Prof. Roger Karapin of Hunter College in New York will be giving a talk on his research (the basis of a new book) on "Climate Policies in California, New York, and the U.S. Federal Government: Policy Windows and Effects on Emissions".  

The talk will take place in the conference room of the FFU (room 3.1.c, Ihnestraße 22, 14195 Berlin).
