A semester abroad adds to studies and broadens your horizon. The Institute for Media and Communication Studies therefore offers possibilities for international students to spend a semester in Berlin and has partnerships with many foreign institutes.
As part of the ERASMUS program the Institute for Media and Communication Studies has 29 partnerships with European universities in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. These cooperations offer international students the chance to spend a semester in Berlin. Further information on the ERASMUS program of the Institute is available here.
Through partnerships with the Noah Mozes Department of Communication and Journalism at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel), the Department of Communication at University of Illinois at Chicago (USA), the School of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University (Washington, DC, USA), and the University of Melbourne (Australia) undergraduate and graduate students and PhD students can spend a semester or research fellowship in Berlin.
