Dr. Robin Huguenot-Noël is a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Freie Universität Berlin (FU), where his research focuses on welfare policymaking in the EU and from a comparative perspective.
Trained in economics and international relations in France, Germany and the United Kingdom, he received his PhD degree from the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence.
Prior to joining the FU, Robin worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in the context of the SOLID project, a European Research Council (ERC) grant jointly led by Profs. Maurizio Ferrera, Hanspeter Kriesi, and Waltraud Schelkle.
His work has been published in leading academic outlets, including the Journal of European Public Policy (JEPP), the Journal of European Social Policy (JESP), and Transfer. He is also the author of Resilient Welfare States – In Search of Capacitating Solidarity, published with Prof. Hemerijck.
