The core of our research and teaching concerns studies on federalism i.e. different aspects of mutli-level governance systems, parliamentarism and public administration as well as coalitions. This includes comparative perspectives as well as the process of europeanisation of political systems. Additionally, we focus on Eastern and Central Eastern Europe, Russia for instance.
Please do not hesitate to contact our team members, if you have any questions.
Please always contact the office for appointments or questions on procedure.
For consultations, make an appointment via e-mail at email@example.com with your concern.
For consultations on Bachelor's and Masters's theses, please send an exposé (one page) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The exposé should include the thesis' research question, central hypotheses as well as ideas for your operationalization. If needed, include questions that can be discussed during the consultation. The exposé must be sent at least six weeks in advance of registrating your thesis.
For reports (for scholarships e.g.), please send us at least 4 weeks before the deadline relevant documents (CV, graduation certificate, transcript of records). Prerequisite for a report is participation in a seminar, as well as a grade of at least 1.7.
Please note that participation in a lecture alone does not suffice to write a report/recommendation. It offers no basis to argue that I know you nor is it enough to author a credible and substantial evaluation of you or your participation.
