New Zealand - Environmental Policy Pioneers Symposium
News vom 05.09.2012
Motu Economic and Public Policy Research and Berlin Freie Universität’s Forschungszentrum für Umweltpolitik invite you to a half-day symposium on New Zealand environmental policy. The symposium will present an overview of recent environmental policy in New Zealand, with a focus on New Zealand’s greenhouse gas Emissions Trading Scheme and on New Zealand’s innovative market approach to water quality management. There will be a particular focus on the potential role for, and ongoing challenges of, market-based instruments to achieve environmental goals both in New Zealand and Europe. The symposium will include brief presentations, interactive learning games, videos, and plenty of time for questions and discussion. An agenda and further information can be found here.
