Dr. Elisa Kochskämper

Dr. Elisa Kochskämper ist externe Habilitandin bei Prof. Dr. Lena Partzsch. Sie wurde von der Universität Lüneburg 2020 in den Politikwissenschaften promoviert und arbeitet seit Ende 2019 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin (Post-Doc) am Leibniz-Institut für Raumbezogene Sozialforschung. Seit April 2023 arbeitet sie zudem als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im EU Horizon Projekt "Decarb City Pipes 2050" am kommunalwissenschaftlichen Institut der Universität Potsdam. Ab 2013 war sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in der Forschungsgruppe Governance, Partizipation und Nachhaltige Entwicklung tätig. 2011/ 2012 arbeitete sie als Stipendiatin der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit in der nationalen Wasserbehörde im Umweltministerium Mexikos in Mexico City. Das Studium der Politikwissenschaften absolvierte sie an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München und der Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, Mexiko.

Ihre Forschung befasst sich mit der urbanen Klimawandelanpassung sowie nachhaltigen und resilienten Transformationspfaden. Sie hat in international anerkannten Fachzeitschriften publiziert und war erste Herausgeberin der Monographie „Participation for Effective Environmental Governance: Evidence from European Water Framework Directive Implementation“ (Routledge, 2018).
