The Institute for Media and Communication Studies offers a PhD position at the European research fellowship programme G-VERSITY – Achieving Gender Diversity. The full-time job position is limited to three years.

The European Training Network G-VERSITY will determine how significant background factors affect educational and professional pathways of women, men, and sexual and gender minorities, and produce scientifically based interventions for use in the workplace-including workshops, guidelines, and training materials, to be applied by employers to attain gender diversity.
