Journalism Network
Thanks to the European Journalism-Fellowships, more than 130 journalists from 31 nations have had the opportunity to pursue their research in Berlin between 1999 and today. Respected news organisations have allowed their journalists to take the grant period off.
Participants have included staff members of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and public broadcasting in Switzerland, the BBC (Great Britain), El País (Spain), Magyar Hirlap and Budapesti Nap (Hungary), Algemeen Dagblad (The Netherlands), Morgunbladid (Iceland), Respublika (Lithuania), Helsingin Sanomat (Finland), Radio Prague (Czech Republic), Televizja Polska (Poland), National Public Radio (USA), and the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung as soon as the news magazine Der Spiegel - as well as numerous freelancers.
