Arndt Leininger, researcher at the Center for Political Sociology of Germany, published a new paper under the title: "Economic Voting in Direct Democracy: A Case Study of the 2016 Italian Constitutional Referendum" in the journal Politics and Governance. The publication in the open-access journal was facilitated by an agreement between the publisher and Freie Universität Berlin by which the university covers publication costs for its researchers. The article therefore is freely available on the journal's website.
