Martin Ehlert starts S-Professorship for Sociology with emphasis on Education and Digitalization

Just in time for the start of the winter semester, the Institute welcomes Prof. Dr. Martin Ehlert as a new S-Professor for Sociology with a focus on education and digitalization. After he has already taken on teaching assignments in previous semesters, we are very pleased to now welcome him as an official member of the Institute.
Martin Ehlert is a member of the Social Science Research Center Berlin (WZB) where he leads the research group National Educational Panel Study: Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning and is Head of Thematic Area of the doctoral program Good Work in a Transformative World.
His Research fields include Education and Training, Gender and Family, Labor and Labor Market as well as Welfare State and Social Inequality.
