This project focussed on the impact of the partnership between the European Union and the United States of America and Canada on the change and effectiveness of global governance. The aim was to provide innovative ideas and policy proposals to enhance the transatlantic partnership in order to facilitate an in improved global governance concerning the various old threats and new security risks after the end of the East-West conflict.
