Prof. Dr. Abdessatar Mouelhi is a professor and director of the Institut National du Travail et des Etudes Sociales (INTES) at Université de Carthage in Tunis. His main fields of interest are democracy and social governance, trade unions and labor movements, migrant labor in the Euro-Mediterranean region, and social protection and cohesion. At the same time, Professor Mouelhi works as an international consultant for several institutions, including the Arab League, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO. His publications include “Droit de la securité sociale: avec un guide pratique”, 2005.
