Dr. Montaser Tawalbeh is a full-time lecturer at the Management Department at the School of Management and Logisitc Sciences at the German Jordanian University Madaba, Jordan. Dr. Tawalbeh studied Law at the Philadelphia University, Jordan and did his Masters degree in International Business Law at the University of Western Sydney, Australia. His research interests cover Letters of Credit, ADR, HP Contracts, and Bills of Lading, Intellectual Property Rights, Consumer Protection, Business Competition and Monopoly.
