Instruktionen zur Evaluation

1. Sie erhalten für jede Ihrer Veranstaltungen, die wir evaluieren, einen Link zur Online-Evaluation im Evaluationsportal der FU per E-Mail. Die E-Mail enthält außerdem für jede Evaluation einen QR-Code, der ebenfalls in das Evaluationsportal führt. Bitte stellen Sie Link und/oder QR-Code Ihren Studierenden zur Verfügung.
2. Bitte führen Sie Ihre Evaluation innerhalb des vorgesehenen Evaluationszeitraums durch. Geben Sie Ihren Studierenden zu Beginn der Veranstaltung Zeit den Fragebogen zu bearbeiten.
3. Sie müssen nichts weiter tun, die Ergebnisse liegen der Qualitätssicherung über das Evaluationsportal vor und können ausgewertet werden.
4. Sie erhalten noch vor Vorlesungsende eine Auswertung der Multiple-Choice-Fragen und der Freitextkommentare, insofern die Mindestteilnehmendenzahl (fünf Studierende) erreicht wurde.
5. Bitte besprechen Sie die Auswertungen mit den Studierenden. Es steht Ihnen frei diese auch anderweitig zu nutzen (z. B. auf Blackboard zu veröffentlichen).

Instruction for the evaluation

 

1. For each of your courses that we evaluate, you will receive a link to the online evaluation in the FU's evaluation portal by email. The email also contains a QR code for each evaluation, which also leads to the evaluation portal. Please make the link and/or QR code available to your students.
2. Please carry out your evaluation within the scheduled evaluation period. Give your students time to complete the questionnaire at the beginning of the course.
3. You do not have to do anything else, the results are available to quality assurance via the evaluation portal and can be evaluated.
4. You will receive an evaluation of the multiple-choice questions and the free-text comments before the end of the lecture period, provided that the minimum number of participants (five students) has been reached.
5. We would appreciate you discussing the results with your students. You are however free to forward them or make them otherwise publicly available (e.g. on Blackboard)
