Anita Gohdes, newly appointed Professor of International and Cyber Security at the Hertie School of Governance, will present her recent paper "Voting in the Shadow of Violence: Electoral Politics and Conflict in Peru" (joint work with Jóhanna Birnir, University of Maryland). The talk is part of the master's seminar "Voting in Referendums and Elections" taught by Arndt Leininger, PhD and is open to the university public.
